These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of DFWWorldCup2026.com (“we”, “us”, “our” or the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. About this site
DFWWorldCup2026.com is an independent visitor guide and local marketplace for the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. We are not affiliated with FIFA, the FIFA World Cup, AT&T Stadium, the City of Arlington, the City of Dallas, or any official event organizer.
2. Accuracy of information
We work to keep match schedules, event details, vendor information, and transportation guidance accurate, but match details, prices, hours, and third-party services can change without notice. Always confirm critical details (especially match-day logistics) with the official source before acting on them.
3. Vendor listings & subscriptions
- Vendor listings are accepted at our discretion. We may reject or remove a listing that doesn't meet our content guidelines.
- Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the vendor dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not issue refunds for partial months. Featured / Premium / Sponsor placements end when the subscription ends.
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings and for compliance with all applicable laws (alcohol, food safety, parking, transportation, etc.).
4. SMS / text messaging program terms
Program name: DFW World Cup 2026 vendor outreach and visitor alerts.
Program description: We use SMS to send vendor onboarding updates, booth pricing and discount-code announcements, match-day visitor alerts, and operational event reminders to subscribers who have opted in either via the alerts signup form at /alerts or the vendor SMS opt-in at /vendors/join#sms-optin.
Message frequency: Up to four (4) messages per month, depending on event proximity and subscription type. Frequency varies and is non-recurring.
Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge separately for SMS.
Carrier and device support: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and other major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.

5. Prohibited content
You may not submit content that is illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory, defamatory, infringes intellectual property, or falsely implies official affiliation with FIFA or any host-city organization.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party businesses listed in the vendor directory or linked from this site.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
